Hey, around 2 Weeks ago i started 2 Giveaway´s. The first went nice with a fast feedback. The Second ended with a Key thats gone and a SUPPORT that isnt answering since a week... Am i alone with this Problem about the Support? Damn, i only want my Contributor status..

Depends on the ticket queue.
Sometimes it takes an hour, sometimes 2 weeks.

Just be patient, they'll get to you eventually.

Same here man. Filed a ticket 5 days ago, no response yet. Same kind of issue as well, no feedback from a winner.

There has been a lot more giveaways lately than usual, resulting I suppose in a bazillion support tickets. Just be patient ;)

How does a site with so much traffic and that even if indirectly so much Money involved can't pay for staff?
I woudn't mind more non agressive ads if that was the case.

From what I've heard (can be totally off), the revenue from ads doesn't even cover the operation of the site.

cg covers all of the money deal, if he has leftover cash from the ads he makes giveaways. (And he's made a lot of giveaways.)

All of the support are basically volunteers and some even friends of cg.

(EDIT: I could be wrong about the first part, it's just something I read.)

Don't get me wrong I'm not assuming neither greed nor incompetente from cg's part but if that's so I'm baffled that a site that in a month I've spent so much for(The Money were spent ON other sites though) can barely make ends meet. I'd pay a monthly fee to have some silly private tag Just to keep the site running and staff paid.

I don't get how people's tickets take so long. I think the longest from opening to being answered was maybe 4 hours?
