Hi, this is the month, well year. Well actually every year I try to eat moderately and healthy. I don't need special months, I do it because I try to live healthy all year, every year.

So happy healthy lifestyle and thinking as an individual month!

Funny, this week I decided something similar; wanted to cut down on all the snacking and such, lol.

I'm drinking more water, cutting off excess salts/sugars and watching the packages for those bad E's. Obviously also any snacks/softdrinks that are by default salty or sugary.

All the best! I used to snack and indulge in junk food and drinks, after adopting a good and lean diet for a long time, it has actually become hard for me to consume junk food and drinks and even normal food in excessive amounts.

Me too, started yesterday. I don't eat much and all I eat is healthy, but this year I slipped and ate a lot of refined sugars, so I decided july will be a time for cleaning (because I do not work during july) and higher physical activity.
