The Humble Brony Bundle

Oh. At least they said they got the idea from HB? I don't understand the point of it, it seems like it's been around for about a year now, but no bundles every happened? Or maybe one did but it's gone now? It seems like they were trying to do good, since they donated a shit ton on Humble Bundle. And I guess they did a competition with Notch to see who could donate the most or something? Does anyone know anything about this? I was just typing in "Humble bundle" into google, and that popped up ._.

This was never intended to be a bundle. This was a fund where they pool money from contributors and buy one single bundle for a lot of money. If I remember correctly, this started on the Humble Indie Bundle V and they raised I think over $6,000 and beat Notch to be the top contributor for that bundle. I believe they did it again for another bundle and fought Notch again for the top contributor spot but my memory's pretty hazy on what other bundle that was.

They're not making bundles, they are pooling a bunch of money and then buying one bundle with all of it. Likely to secure a top spot on the "top contributors" list on the bundle page.

They actually raised quite a bit.

And there are far worse fandoms out there, you know. (such as fans of Bieber, One Direction, Beyonce and Honey Boo Boo, for starters...)
