What if the winner cannot be contacted?

I am pretty new to the site, and I've made several giveaways. Until now, the winner has always been easy to contact, but now I am having trouble with one winner.

I have tried their registered email and adding them on steam but they haven't responded to either for a couple of days.

How long should I wait and what should I do if I can't contact them after that time?

(Sorry if this has been asked before, I felt like it would be in the FAQ but I couldn't find it; all I found was something about 7 days, but nothing about what to do after that.)

I'm pretty sure it says in the FAQ.
If you can't get through to them after 7 days, ask for a re roll.

Giveaways:
"•The submitter and winner(s) of the giveaway have seven (7) days to complete the gifting process. This includes the activation of the gift on the Steam account of the winner."

This means that after 7 days you can request a new winner and give the above reason.
