Hey, let me first of all say how much admiration I have for the support team, and this certainly isn't a slight against them. However I have a pending support ticket open for 5 days now for a request for a new winner with no response and I'm afraid it may have been overlooked somehow? I'm fine with either decision whether it's granted or denied but it's getting very close to the 7 day delivery day which I won't feel comfortable sending until it's resolved (in case the request get's accepted for a new winner after I've send the key). Also I've not made any new requests about the ticket either.
