Yes! Lemnos, an island that's a map in Arma 3 (slightly shrunk).. But I experienced it second-hand by watching my boyfriend play Arma. The island is great in itself, but my boyfriend enjoyed it double because he recognized so much of it.
I definitely recommend it as a holiday location.

I'd say
Venice with Assassin Creed
Las Vegas surroundings with Fallout: New Vegas. That one was particularly fun as I was able to serve as tour guide for people in my car (over there you'll have hoover dam, the mojave desert, red rock, the military airfield, ...) We passed Goodspring and Primm with its rollercoaster. My hotel was across the street from McCarran airport... Fun.
I'd love to do Istanbul (there was an AC there that was fun).

First I was about to say noo.
But after a little bit thinking, not really a 'game place' but I'm a little bit active in the Thief modding community. Some try to gather the real resources used back then.
And I recognized some stuff back in Vienna.
Also Praha the famous and beautiful Orloj. Which interestingly was not just taken 1:1 into the game but modified to display 10 instead of 12 months (if I remember correctly)

I played Mafia, Assassin's Creed, and Thief Simulator. Then I visited my country's parliament. Does that count ?

I have been to "Predjamski grad" which has an ex CSGO operation map made after it if that counts.

I just watched Tom Scott's video on him visiting a place he had seen in a video game as a kid, and that got me thinking, has anyone else done that. Ever seen a place in a game, and then actually got to see it in real life? I don't mean just mentioned in a game, like say you build the pyramids in Civ and then see them in real life, or you see Berlin on a map in Hearts of Iron and then visit Berlin, I mean proper locations rendered in games (even if in a somewhat simplified form).
I have, though only once, and it was not with the same sense of nostalgia as in the video above. I had played Still Life, a game that takes place in Prague, and it has some real world locations that are clearly identifiable. While those sections in the game did not take place in modern times, some of them have been preserved, and it was actually quite cool to walk over a bridge that I had "been to" before in a game.
