IT doesn't work that way. If you have to many reviews they will not publish any more of your reviews. The will not give free games.

From my experience, they won't allow you to accumulate much cash. It has happened me already twice: I write reviews and get around 5€, after that no review I make gets approved. A month later I buy something spending most/all of the cash. Then, magically on the next day, my I see my 1 month old reviews getting approved.
