Reward Cards from purchase Questions

Every 10$ purchase = 1 card as reward.

1) If I spend 6$ today and 6$ tomorrow did I get a card?

2) For the 2. card I must spend other 8$ (6+6+8) or 10$?

3) Is it 1$=1€?

2)Yes, you have to spend 8.
3)No, I believe that's 1€=1,36$, check the actual worth the euro.
