I was level 3 and without reason i am level 2

Today i had go to level 3
After some hours i see my level is 2.
What happened?
Bugs? Error? Something else?

Probably the game which you gave away was bundled recently and the CV was reduced, sending you back to level 2. That happened to me too, I know that feeling...
