Porn Banned in India

I hope the internet revolts. Imagine photoshopped government officials faces onto porn just posted eveywhere.

Kind of a silly ban since VPN, Proxies and TOR exist. It will, however, affect the actual porn industry in India. I guess they just don't want anyone to profit from it within the country, because the viewers are unaffected.

It has been banned for a long time in my country. India are lucky enough to have it banned just recently.

Wait - what century are we living in again? I'd be pretty pissed off if the US took away my right to view porn - and I'm female. :-p

amend that to state "right to view "good" porn" - they can ban all the bad porn they want :-)

As long as the hot single women in your area aren't banned, then there's no fear.

No longer banned. Outrage on social media was so fierce that the government back-pedaled quickly.

"A new notification will be issued shortly. The ban will be partially withdrawn. Sites that do not promote child porn will be unbanned," Prasad told India Today TV.

Which leads one to ask the question: "You mean child porn wasn't banned before this??"
