Galastore problem

I payed for 2x crazy machines bundle + 2x helldorado bundle (rockin dead + shadow harvest)
I made my giveaways for shadow harvest but now i checked my keys on the site and didn't got them but i received my download for rockin dead.
So its kinda weird that they gave me a part of the bundle but not the other part.
What to do?

Received message from support they ran out of keys and i'll get my key today or tomorrow :D

Contact their support, if that doesn't work, let this be a lesson to make sure you have the games before you decide to do a giveaway.

I contacted support waiting for an answer. (before this post but wanted to know what this forum thought)
And about the lesson i thought i got them because i got the crazy machine keys and saw the rockin bundle so assumed without checking (my stupid fault) that i got the keys

You emailed them right? I've got the same problem, but they didnt reply in 24 hours so i'm not sure if i sent it the right way.

Are you sure you clicked "My serial numbers" or something like that on the right? Keys are not under "my downloads".

Same. I cant find my keys anywhere, i contacted the support and 24 hours is past but no reply.

They changed shadow harvest to Grand Ages Rome.

I had the same problem, contacted the support and they said the bundle has expired and I bought it as an error. They sent me the keys in the same mail (2 of them since I bought 2).

That happened to me once but I only had to wait for about 10 minutes for them to appear.
I wouldn't be surprised if they ran out of keys because there were a shitload of giveaways for CM and Shadow Harvest.
