Guncraft is now on steam

So steam popup on me that guncraft is now avaible. Someone know if groupees promise key for it (from bundle "be mine 8" atm still only desura key there)

You'll get it soon, someone said that they already gave the keys on groupees and just waiting for groupees to update.

about the game:
It sucks, bleh. Overpriced @ 15$. Shooting mechanics sucks ass, you and your enemy can die simultaneously. Running is too fast, no stamina bar. This game looks like an early beta and they just rushed the release just to make money in steam

This game is comparable to COD running around while shooting and still getting a kill. This game in 2 words: Mindless shooting

You can request keys for Steam in your Desura collection sometimes. Doesn't work yet for Guncraft though - maybe later when they added keys to Groupees it will be available that way.

Most likely Groupees only - there is only a small chance that the key will be available in the Desura collection as well. For example the Bleed key is only on my groupees page, I cannot get it in the Desura collecton. Still worth a try when the keys get handed out to look there - maybe you get lucky.

The developers said they sent keys to desura guys so most likely desura will have steam keys.

According to the chat from a moderator on the doujin bundle, "yeah we have 2,000 keys for a bundle that sold 35,000." So it seems that they did get some keys for Guncraft, but not enough yet.

Yea, idk about the steam keys... I got it from TremorGames, and I would be sad (:P) if its on the Groupees page and not the Desura page XD

Hate to break it to you, but if you got it from Tremorgames, you almost definitely won't get a key. They probably got it through the Groupees bundle, and I've been hearing that the way they work is that the steam key is added directly to the groupees buyer page, not through Desura or anything like that.

I certainly might be wrong, though (in which case someone will almost certainly reply to this post telling me so), but don't get your hopes up.

I might just describe my situation to Groupees. I should be able to give them my Desura key, and they will be able to find the Steam key, right?

Probably not. Tremorgames bought the bundle, so THEY get the Steam key. It's just like when someone does a key drop in the forum. The person who got the Desura key can't go to the bundle and ask for a free Steam key later.

Since we clearly need to be reminded of this every time a game becomes Greenlit and receives Steam keys, they distribution through Groupees is not instant. Just because someone else has their key, doesn't you should as well, it simply means they've started handing them out and you will be receiving it shortly.

We really don't need numerous comments from people saying "I HAVEN'T GOT MINE! WTF!?!?!?".
