Thats it, i tried all formats on first question. I can see the answer on official YouTube channel but it doesnt work. Also your hints are pretty much idiotic - "Do you believe in magic?" what does it have to do with Team Fortress?

Just type "meet the" in youtube and search for most recent... it one of the easiest in the world, anyone who knows about TF2 knows how "Do you believe in magic?" relate to the game...
