Considering you're from Indonesia both games are most likely region restricted to ASIA. You might want to mention that both in the thread and in the giveaway descriptions, in bold xD

Yes, yesterday, the amount of people joining giveaways have been greatly reduced because they got banned(including me so insult me).

really? i thought it's the "warning prompt above the paying option" when paying for the game, i bought the bundle using paypal and i received no such warnings, will it still be region restricted? i've given away 3 already for now(excluding these)

If you didn't use VPN, then yeah it should be region restricted to ASIA considering you're from Indonesia. As far as I know Killer is Dead and Dead Island Riptide are the only games with region restrictions from that bundle. Not counting region restriction for poor germans when it comes to Dead Island because the games are "too violent" or whatever stupid reason they've got for not allowing them to activate the game.
