If I buy a bundle, example is the leading ladies 2 bundle, can I activate one of them and gift the others?

you can activate the games you want and gift the ones you did not activate yeah, or do whatever you want with them.

Usually yes you can, however the Borderlands bundle doesn't provide seperate keys for DLCs.
