Ok, i just found out about this, and where exactly does it say there are 48h left for witcher 2? I only see it saying that about mount and blade.

You're mistaken. These are 2 different offers.

Mount & Blade is just a "click to get" offer, and the offer lasts for 48 hours.

For Witcher 2 and the movie, you have to visit the site everyday for 7 days and "collect the stamp" everytime. Once you've collected all 7 stamps, you'll be able to claim it.

Also, there are other topics in the forum about the offers.

You collect one stamp per day, so, today you collect the first, tomorrow the second, and so on. after 7 days in a row, you get The Witcher 2 + the vídeo. Right now, you have to wait 19 hours and 40 minutes until you can collect the second stamp

If you like Mount and Blade by the way, you should try getting Mount and Blade Warband, ignore the gun and fire one, just get napoleon dlc for warband if u want guns. Mount and blade Viking Conquest is coming on December.
