can you get VAC banned on single player games even if the store page doesnt say VAC protected?

i mean cheat engine, cuz if you use ingame console cheats you lose the ability to get steam achivments. so i wanna get a work around via cheat engine

No, I think heS talking about a 3rd party software that'll enable him to cheat and still unlock achievements at the same time.

there are plenty of people who kill themselves over losing an important account , people ho are poor and put lots of money into something just to have it banned , makes them go crazy, ive heard lots of stories of world of warcraft players killing themselves after a ban, heck a high level in maplestory like 6 years ago murdered his wife because she caused him to get banned

its just facts of life some people put high priority on things and low priority on life
some people play games in order to get away from life, and to lose your gameing life over something is brutal for them

lol no offense but on settler difficulty its hard to not win. Make a custom game with no city states, just one enemy and cultural win requirement (you will win via policies and utopia project). Pretty easy (and also boring), but you will always win.
