Steam Images Loading Slow

I think the problem is on Steam's side, I also had some loading problems and lags. There is not much you can do other than waiting for Steam to fix it. ;)

Year you're not alone with this problem (I have problem with images too, but in multiplayer games only)
Problem since 26 September. Its Steam issue.

I haven't had the problem you are describing, but I have been having a problem with the steam website not loading or loading extremely slow for the past few days. Sometimes it will just hang for like 20 seconds and then load part of the page and other times everything is fine. I think they have issues.

I said yesterday that I was having problems on steam but not here on SG, but now I am having the same problems that you were talking about with game images not loading here on SG.

Edit: I think it may actually be a problem with my ISP. Some sites work and some don't. I can't even get googles home page to load right now.

Reviews weren't showing up yesterday and a couple days before that at different periods through those days. Valve was more than likely working on more upcoming things for Steam.

I've had stuff not loading or loading very slowly on Steam for some days now. It sucks.

Most likely maintenance stuff in what concerns the CDN or they were probably deploying some new stuff to live, leading to cache invalidation and increased loading times, hence the resulting delays.
