it happens on occasion. just resync in 10 minutes, should be fine.

you should log out of steamgifts.
chances are by the time you're able to log back in, the sync also works.

The problem with that idea being that the system isn't letting people log back in right now. (Likely a Steam OpenID issue for both problems.)

Everyone seems to have this issue today. There was another thread earlier discussing this very problem.
