Buying new or pre-owned? Budget? Intended use? What general area are you in? How will you be paying for it? Without details like that you probably won't get much of a good suggestion. I could be wrong though.

4. What is your budget target, either in monthly payments or in total amount you're willing to spend?

That's a good start, if you're serious. This is what I do for a living, pretty much. So drill me with 'em.
