I suppose that people that own the base game doesn't vote, resulting in most people voting for getting the DLCs IF winning... We'll see how this ends... Looks like less CV for me ^^

IMO: if he'll do something fun (good gif, original thx), give him DLCs. If not, not DLCs for him.

I think it's better to make separate giveaways for the base game and DLCs, since there are people who own the base game and want the DLCs. That would be better for you CV wise and would make more people happy. More gibs - more happy winners :)
