Edit: No idea about your question though never had any problems with them but Sooth was saying something like this in another topic people had some issues.

I saw his warning about some reseller site, IG, GMG.
He would be pretty unlucky or he bough lots of bundle.

I bought the entertainment bundle in the first day it was up, and decided to get it again now that it's happy hour, but I only got half the gifts I was supposed to get. Here's hoping indiegala support is helpful like they have been in the past.
