The title screen of Chaos;Head is really good. Gives you a nice sense of what's to come, even if (at least from my recognition) the music that goes along with it paints itself more ominous than the VN as a whole.

Witcher 1, my first time with it was basically start it, listen to this for two hours while staring at the screen like an idiot, then exit the game and go to sleep.
Cinders, in-game title is basically this pic with the options on the right side, obviously it's the music I loved, even though that pic is fine.

Your experience with The Witcher, that's almost what happened with the game I picked. I just changed "staring at the screen like an idiot" for "hypnotized". I swear I was gonna use those words haha.

First time I played Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater on the PS2 I was hypnotized by the title screen and that music track by Harry Gregson Williams.
Every time I played the game I spent like 5 minutes checking that damn screen ^^
