The old user report button created some invisible tickets that we wouldn't see. They've all been moved to the support section now.
It's been discussed right here. Best to close them to unclog the support section.

I remembered having an open support ticket before SG went down, so I went to check it today.
Needless to say, I was very much surprised to see some years old tickets open and pending.
I haven't closed those in case you all want to take a further look at this issue.
