Saints Row IV 80 points?

I will ask for a little indulgence because I might be asking a dumb question, but looking through the giveaways, I found this:

...and I'm wondering if a mistake was made. When I've seen SR4 before, it's always been 50 points. And the Steam site seems to back up that it is $49.99:

Was a new policy made that giveaways of multiple copies cost more or something?

It's an error that has happened before. For some reason it's using the franchise pack price of $79.99, I can't remember why or who fixed it last time.
