Hard to say without knowing about the backend. But I mean, I'm quite sure they (he) can see the amount of reports be giveaway, and just click open the giveaway to see right off what's wrong with it. So quite useless feature IMO.

Maybe make a drop-down list of the most usual reason or something, but I still can't see it being that useful.

When you click the "Report giveaway" button, you should have a way to explain to SG staff why you reported it: region locked, regift, sounds fake, etc etc. Either a free text area where you can type everything you want, or a list of choices.
I think that would make it easier for moderators to tell the difference between the idiots reporting everything they don't like, and the real report of giveaways that shouldn't be there.
What's your opinion about that?
