Because 'Golden Globes' are stupid and they change the rules after The Martian won

New rules will mean “dramas with comedic overtones should be entered as dramas”

+1 for Moon.
About the Martian, it's not a comedy. It just hase some comedy vibes and more or like funny dialogues so you can watch it with a smile and keep on with the 90 minutes of the fill (or 2 hours, I can't recall). Think about it, you can make a drama with some comedy touches (and that works well with the cast) or an absolute drama about solitude and despair... and it fas for the oscar, so the comedy touch is there for a reason.
Golden globes are stupid. The movie it's not a masterpiece, but it works and everything is well made and works. Watch it.

Not really sure about nighttime movies so here's a few movies that are highly underrated in my opinion:

Murder by Death is also a highly underrated band :D

I agree Slevin was good, it should have similar appreaciation as for example Rocknrolla as similar type

To be honest, while I loved Lock, Stock and Two loaded barrels and found Snatch very enjoyable, Rocknrolla was my least favourite Guy Ritchie movie but I have to admit I've only seen it once so maybe I should give it another chance.

Yeah I prefer Lock, Stock and Two loaded barrels and Snatch (my favourite) much more too, but Rocknrolla had that characteristic artstyle in it, like Guy Ritchie already had funds to make bigger movie :D that's probably why it was so popular at the time,
But for me Lucky Number Slevin is on the level of RocknRolla and Snatch or lock, stock... were much better movies for me that's why I've chosen that one as for example :)

Nocturnal Animals.
There is a lot going on during the night in this movie. Amy Adams is a museum director, she is awfully rich and her husband is awfully rich, however, she is also awfully bored and starting to feel awfully sad. Then she receives the novel her ex-husband wrote asking for her critic(and she didn't know about him in a long time) sooooo... she starts reading it and she starts feeling inside the book.
The director does a great job, it's one of the best films I watched in all this years. It's stunning, oppresive, disturbing and have some moments of nerve-rackingly. It's also sad, slow, beautiful and made you think and talk about.
Disclaimer, the beginning of the movie is a lot of fat naked woman dancing in a sexy-disgusting poses and there are violent scenes (not related to fat naked women but you know, violence, crimes)

Watch both VHS 1 & 2. I love them both! Also, check out Grave Encounters, both 1 & 2. I love those found footage horror movies and these two are among my favs! Hope you like 'em!

Ooh yeah, .Rec is pretty good too! They really nailed the claustrophobic feel in the film. I like both Grave Encounters but the first one is definitely better. The second one has too much CGI it felt a bit weird.

Hi SG community,
Hope you are having a goud day, nothing stressful.
Well, gaming is fun and all, but I am spending quite some time here and then some on Steam.
I do want to take some time off of Steam and utilize some of that time and watch cool movies instead, and this would be at night time.
So, do you have suggestions for any movies? Especially, those hhat have a night theme or even just those that are more enjoyable to watch at night for a good hour and halT, or so?
For me, night time is definitely the time to enjoy movies, what better if they have a theme to go along with the "night time" ?
ex- Arrival (2016) ?
Thankx for reading and recommendations in advance, just keep them up to 2 or 3 max. It would not be right if you give me 10 great movies, and it takes me a lonD time to watch them!
Sorry, my spelling is not great ;(

[Solution- If you read the above text carefully, you would notice I have made some spelling errors. This is intentional, of course, and hinted clearly by the text at the end in italics. Combining the error letters will lead you to the 1st giveaway. So, the giveaway code would have been uhTxD ]
I am not looking for horror/comedy per se, but here is a quick list of awesome suggestions (what you are thinking of might already be here :)
I thank everyone who has come up with the above recommendations!
