Don't rely on the death cam for proving anything about 'cheating' because it is so glitchy and unreliable that you can only barely use it to figure out if the server even registered that you tried to shoot. Also, play in first-person enforced mode, it's good for what ails you! (corner campers, etc)

Yeah, but going by the death cam (which is unreliable at best) there seemed to be teleporting, several impacts, and then a teleport back.
The only thing I can think of here is that they deliberately abused the server set-up to pull a sync-attack of sorts (disconnect the internet, run inside and punch you to death, run back outside, reconnect the internet, server syncs their actions and registers you as punched to death).

If you're not sure, that it's a cheater or not - watch recorded gameplay (replay in game, after battle is finished - in main menu).
Click TAB key to see progress bar and move time to end. You can also switch view to see this person.
Key UP / DOWN will increase / decrease time.
You will see more than usally. I personally catch with this some cheaters because you will see more things that are not clearli visible on normal death cam view, like:

BTW: you can also browse over map with this mode. Usefull to look where something is placed!

It's my own examples:
-- this looks ok when you see it on deathcam but slow-motion will show you something strange. I've been hit without aim area. This weapon doesn't have spread like this...

Hackers usually uses software that improve aim. They can hit you even if you outside rifle scope.
Look normal speed and slow speed. This last example looks like normal kill.
Some strange situations you see in replay only. Especially look on player behaviour. It's look clearly that few of them are know where others are located. They look on them and going straight to this position without any normal hint that those players are there.
I'm not 100% sure on every situation I see so just report recorded video to support.
Use software like Avidemux (opensource) to see frame by frame and analyse taken material...
