i mean moraly it is a tabu and i get it i cant see a my family like that, but if anyone and their mothers/sisters/dad/cousins whatever wanted to have sex, fine, it is their choice... i don't see why it would have to be illegal

depends on country - for example in my country below 15 is strictly forbidden and always classed as pedophilia. 15-18 it depends - both participants being 15-18 is not a crime, one 15-18 and other 18+ may be illegal, but only if 15-18 participant report it, yet anything to do with pornography - even watching it - is illegal untlil you're 18+.
