cg is still reading ideas and trying to decide what to do about it. so nobody can tell you entirely what will happen yet...
in the mean time i'd ask that user if a deletion of the giveaway is acceptable by them.

I just talk with the winners, send them a HumbleBundle game instead the one they win, and they agree in deleting the GiveAway. You should try to speak with the winner. And get into an agreement
SideNote: Also im giving away all games that i purchased before, and have in inventory, before the restrictions applied to those games too. At this moment you can send them without problems, but who knows, Steam is Steam

I've just find out on the worse way that now the region restriction when sending gifts is no more limited by regions, but by the pricing diferences, what can be between two countries on the same region. How wonderful, yeah?
I did a giveaway, with South America restriction, and when i tried to buy the game and send to the winner I received the message I can't do it, due the price differences. I'm in Brazil, he in Argentina. I have no idea what to do now, since i can't find the game out of steam. I did everything right creating the giveway and now steam don't let me deliver it. I already asked this on steam forum, where i knew about this detail of the new gift rules. I'm just opening this thread to you all know it, and maybe steamgifts can do something to solve this.
