It's the Indie Bundle I for what I can see. I had that show up twice but the games were actually available, I think it's a glitch.

if you keep refreshing it, it might show up. im pretty sure it was just a bug with replacing that with the indie bundle 1 offer. was just curious as well because i've never seen a region restriction in the US lol
