How it works

Predicting the winner would be much too easy in a field of twenty where only six drivers (if that) will likely contest most wins. To make things more interesting you will have to predict the top three finishers in the correct order and do so before the start of the qualifying session on Saturday.

Race Preview

Red Bull has done great today; engine power is definitely not the major factor here. The qualifying will decide everything as overtaking is pretty impossible here (I hope Max will remember that).

@Corran - I edited my choice for #2 literally 30 seconds before the start of the Q1 clock, since it became almost certain that Verstappen wouldn't participate. This was confirmed later in the session, but I thought it was nice to edit my initial post here all the same. Is this practice alright, for now and for future reference?

Nowadays we can see the exact time when I post was last edited so I think it's fine to do it this way now. It might be fun if people say what they changed and why but that's not necessary of course.

Seems like a few of us guessed this race correctly :)

I assume the giveaways will take place at the end of the season, but is there a running chart of everyone's results, or should we make one just to be able to keep track?

I think the record is three correct predictions; so this was quite good.

I'm no longer doing an end of season event because last time it was way too much like wrangling kittens; it was very hard to get enough people to join all the giveaways. That's why there's no mention of it in this season's events.

A chart to see how everyone has been doing could still be fun though.
