Hello SG!

I have some TF2 keys and I want to ask the community (the best community) what to buy.
Are the DLC's good in Tomb Raider? Or is it good without it?
Is Skyrim good without DLC's?

I have heard great things about Skyrim modding, and I have played single player a bit at a friends and really enjoyed it. It seems like a better deal than getting Tomb Raider. I don't know about the DLC's though.

It looks like DLCs for Tomb Raider are mostly multiplayer related. But from what I heard it's pretty much dead, so I don't think it's a great deal.

Skyrim is great. Bought it when it was on sale a while back (don't have any DLCs) and you can surely have a lot of fun with it!

Tomb Raider DLCs are not worth it, unless you want to play multiplayer a lot (and even then they are mainly cosmetic). Skyrim has so much content that you won't miss the dlcs. They are still worth buying but you can get a lot of free stuff through modifications. The Witcher is an O.K. game that has not aged too well.

If you intend to buy Skyrim, get the legendary edition. The DLC is good, and it's actually more expensive to buy just the DLC than to buy Legendary edition.

Legendary edition is expensive.

Sometimes there's deals on it that make it pretty cheap. I bought it pretty cheaply in April and I've seen it on sale again more recently too. Pretty sure the Legendary Edition was less than half the price than the base game normally is.

If money is a concern, always wait for sales.

Skyrim legendary edition goes on sale on more or less every major sale, so play some of your unplayed games and wait! (That's actually a good rule in general when it comes to getting games these days, unless you're mainly after the MP-portion).

A Skyrim nem Payday 2 hálistennek,dlc-k nélkül is beletudsz ölni 200+ órát,rengeteg a mellékküldetés és akkor a fő story vonalról még nem is beszéltünk.The Witcher-nek jó a történe,de pocsék a harcrendszere,ami nekem fájópont.

As Fnord said: buy the legendary edition if you go for skyrim. The dlc's are very good (in one of them you can build your own houses, which I spent three hours in a row on (for me playing one game for more then 1.5 hours is very unusual)) and really add value to the game. I've heard from some friends that the witcher is a pretty bad game (not played it myself, so can't say for myself), so I would do some research on that if you decide to go with that.

I'm not a big Skyrim fan btw (always preferred Oblivion, the menus in skyrim are too much console oriented imo), but I can still recommend buying it, as it is a good rpg, with good graphics (not the best anymore, but nothing a mod can't fix :p)

Legendary edition is too expensive for me, maybe I'll get it in the future.

You suggested three great games, so the only conclusion can be, buy them all.
DLC's or no DLC's, both are great.

Tomb Raider is a good game without the DLC, which is mostly multiplayer maps and skins. Skyrim, on the other end, benefits from DLC but is definitely a complete experience even without it.

What this person says. Except he forgets to talk about the Witcher.
I'd go for Skyrim & The Witcher if I were you.

Yes, I forgot. The Witcher definitely seals the deal.

I'd say skyrim legendary. As far as the witcher goes the controls really weren't that great however I still thoroughly enjoyed the game and want to play it again. I wish I could find my cd for it.

I have tomb raider (not on steam) and none of the DLC's; I would say the DLC's aren't really worth it, since they are for multiplayer for the most part. I also have skyrim without any of the DLC's, and although I haven't played too much of it I know i really should It seems while its cheaper (and worth it) in the long run to get the legendary edition with all the DLCs, it is also not a bad idea to get it without the DLCs if you can only afford it without the DLC, as I have done. (Then again skyrim does go on sale a lot, it may be worth your while to wait for it to have a lower price)

Tomb Raider is good, but only for short period of time (like 10-15 hours until complete the game), Witcher and Skyrim is other hand, and you can enjoy them way more longer. All choice is good, but you decide.
