I can confirm that I'm logged in but there's absolutely NOTHING. Feels like I've been scammed.

I am logged in, but site is mess, visually.

You'll note that it's always the same sort who complains, speaks of boycotting the website and get rather insulting. My blacklist never felt so heavy.

Look I agree free is free but as a service provider you must be equip to handle a influx of users and deny bots the option. You don't see anyone complaining because they didn't anything on steamgifts even though stuff is free. That's because there's a fair system in place to give everyone a fair chance to enter into a giveaway.

Kinguin literally crashes on me and I can't log into my account for 40-minutes straight. I also managed to claim 2 gifts but the site sent me a message that "Sorry you already claimed these" and guess what it's not in my account :) how about that! That's just bad service.

When a business gives away something as part of a promotion they shouldn't allow bots to get everything, If you try and log in 1min past the hour then you're already to late. I'm pissed because I wasted hours of my time for nothing, them claiming "Hey you won" and then giving me nothing.

It's 2019 and there are a LOT of measures and standards in place to avoid a DDos or allowing bots to claim everything in 1min for giveaways. I'm pissed about that, not that I didn't get anything.

Your scenario with the lottery is flawed because at least my entry counts, because once again there's a system in place to give everyone a chance whether they win or not.

Everyone DOES NOT get the same chance here. I've been trying since last week and latterly could only log in for 2 giveaways (that I didn't receive mind you)
