A couple of medieval giveaways...

Bridge Constructor Medieval
Chivalry: Medieval Warfare

...because I just found this medieval city builder on Kickstarter.

I really hope it's as good as it looks.

Not a fan of the art style but the concept is interesting, hope it doesn't ends in early access hell.

Looks interesting, but not something I would buy at full price and without knowing how it would turn out..

I'm craving for a new good city builder since Caeser, Zeus, Pharaoh and Emperor.
Checked Foundation's kickstarter and it's seem kinda bare bones as a city builder, they mention very few buildings (8 + housing) and seems like the point that they try to put across is how little control you have over the actual city building. T_T

I actually like that, it reminds me of Sim City 4 where you do the zoning and then sit back and watch what gets built.

I think the big selling point is the moddability...and that also reminds me of SC4.

Obviously the scale will be smaller than SC4, but that makes sense, since medieval settlements were a lot smaller than modern towns and cities.

I'm pretty excited about it. :)

Yeah, but in SC4 it seems like you has better control over the zones and limits. In Foundation it seems like you can't even have control over the roads, it's up to the citizens and the paths that they use.

I knew that was an option -- having citizen's pathways turn into roads -- but I thought it was just an option, and not a requirement. I might be wrong, though.

That was the impression that I got from this image, the IV part.
