Your opinion on Xbox One?

I dont want to start a console war or something but if you MUST get a console get PS4. Unless the xbox exclusives are the reason of your choice.

why would you buy the xbox1? the exclusives? if not for the exclusives just don't and stick to pc gaming.

buy the console that has the exlusives you like or the same one your friends have, so you can play with them. :)

I have no opinion, because xbox one doesn't support my country. Neither did 360, but I still got to play on it.

It's nosense in buying a new console right now. Wait a couple of months and you can get the newer "slim", "extended", "ultra" or whatever they call the patched hardware, plus one or more games bundled with it. Also always wait for an offer, always.

Like many people said already, wait a few months until they get cheaper, because right now there aren't many good games out for both of the new consoles, but I gotta say the new controllers for XBOX ONE and PS4 are both better than the old ones ;)

Btw has there been said anything about the XBOX ONE controller, if it's compatible with the PC wireless adapter?

For me, Xbox will come after a new pc, which i hope to do within the next couple months, so hopefully by middle of next year things are all worked out on both consoles so everyone can see they really arent much different

Also the whole graphics debate, I honestly cant tell a difference between the two from far away, let alone a foot away. :/

Also take in mind the online services and software on the consoles. Sony may be good at hardware but from what ive seen of the PS4 interface it looks awefully confusing , where as the One sticks to what people know from the 360 and the service, Sure PSN was free last gen... but at what price? They made the right move to make PS+ more of a requirement because now youll see better service over time, but XBL will have the lead sooner than PS for awhile, but give it a year because only time will tell, not endless flamewars

Definitely wait. No point buying it now because you don't know if it doesn't have any problems. Shouldn't have big heating problems because it has much better cooling than PS4 but there might be some other things. Maybe after a year we will know and it will be actually worth buying it.

if i was to buy a console now, i'd get a ps4. launch titles are a bit shit, however the fact of the matter is that i buy consoles to play games, and the console that has its focus on playing games would be the better investment for me. i also think playstation + is a way better deal than xbox live, where a lot of the extras aren't even free with xbl.

then we get to the hardware... ps4 wins hands down in that department.

I think it's pretty good. But yeah, If I were you, I would wait for a better bundle.

REAL RESPONSE:
Everything Ive heard and read, XB1 is a good system. Alot of interesting improvements over last gen. Everything is very quick and can run multiple apps with ease including having one game running in the background and switch to another if you so want to.. Or skype, or game guide, or netflix etc

The controller reconizes who holds it and auto-signs in your profile. Also Kinnect camera does similar. Very painless for the most part.

Ive heard Forza is very good. I heard that psycho bike game is bad but I watched a live steam of it with Steaminators group and it was very entertaining (maybe not 59.99 entertaining though)

BF4 is superior on XB1 (then 360 or PS3)

Don't be fooled with all the ppl saying .. PS4 > Cause 1080P. The reality is ppl don't notice the difference so its kinda a non-issue. Performance-wise Ive heard both systems are equal, as this shouldn't be a surprise really.

The only REAL response besides my own in this thread so far has been people saying "Well, What games do you want to play?"
This is the big one. If you like the Mario Zelda Games go with Wii-U. If you are into Gears Halo, then XB1. If you are into Killzone Uncharted then PS4.

Ive also heard that MS no longer has complete control over the prices. Which means that there will be sales often, and possible "steam-like" ones. (This could be equally true for PS4)

Ive also heard PS4 is working on a cloud-based streaming to make it backward compatible with PS3. I don't know if this means you will be able to play your old PS3 games or if it means, ppl will have access to a select PS3 Library for a fee.

I know the XB360 was the place to play MP games.. It was the go to for FPS players (biggest population). Only time can tell with this generation.
