Wikipedia is your friend for both of them, just think logically about it and try different keywords. Combining with Google and/or YouTube might also help. I'm actually surprised more people didn't solve it.

I've tried about 30 different ways to answer this, and I always end up in the same 2 spots... which the puzzle says are wrong. I even tried copy/paste from the arabic wikipedia site instead of the english one... no such luck. Q2 was really easy though.
So I'm off to play some games now.

I think you're falling in the main deception point/trap of this question.
As you can see the question is uncomfortable to read, and needs to be read 2 times or so to understand its purpose.
When you get to a wiki page. Make sure that you know what is it that you're copying.
And switching to the Arabic version of Wiki is not needed at all.

It is the arabic name, But i had problems with the wiki as well. Copied it out of google maps, that worked for me

Not unless there's a space or something. There shouldn't be an issue as I am 100% positive of what the two cities are (both Syrian & "phoenician") but neither Arabic translations work.
