It's this game, Thank You For Playing.

It's probably available for me at some point that I added it to my wishlist. Now it's not anymore. I tried clicked on remove button on wishlist page but it came back every time I refresh the page. How do I get rid of it? I'm cleaning my wishlist right now.

Oh, and one more question, in contrast, is there any way to add game that is not available in my region to my wishlist?

Thanks in advance.

I don't know if it makes a difference, but it looks like that's a movie, and not a game.

best advice I could give is to send a ticket to steam support
and I don't think you'll be able to add game not available in your region to your wishlist

removing on the browser doesn't work for me either, I always go to my wishlist on steam client and remove it there.

After some wishlist browsing, I found that there are many games that aren't available anymore. Wondering why is that. :/

Guess that's one possibility.
I don't remember what's it's availability when I added it, but from steamdb, Thank You For Playing is only available for Canada right now. :/

I see. Why would they change the app ID though?

Mostly expired licenses.

Oh, and regarding your 2nd question from OP:
Imho there isn't any way to add something to your wishlist, if it's only sold in other regions. However, if you use things like ITAD or barter.vg, they have an extended wait/wish list functionality.

Not sure if that's the case for you, I'm guessing you mean games are still available in the store but you can't buy them because they have no price. It happened about a month ago, steam added new currencies, but not all developers/publishers set the prices in those new currencies, resulting in their games being non-purchaseable in those regions. IIRC about one third of the games "disappeared", but from what I can see, they are slowly coming back.

Random example: https://steamdb.info/app/497680/

In my experience, there are 2 cases. One is that it shows this game is not available in your region. The second case is it just redirect me to the main Steam store page.
