Excluded countries event: Internet Café Simulator

I have put my unwanted Internet Café Simulator key in a GA with the region restricted to the countries where Fanatical isn't giving it out. Like-minded SteamGifters from non-restricted countries are welcome add to this thread.

My understanding of the restricted countries: (corrections are welcome if anyone knows better)
Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil,
Bulgaria, China, Hong Kong,
India, Kazakhstan, North Korea,
Macedonia, Morocco, Myanmar,
Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Russia,
Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia,
Turkey, Uruguay, Vietnam.

I'll do the same with my key.
I'm from one of those countries, so thanks.
I've activated mine already, and I love virtual coffee.
I'm sure I can trade my key by Dec 02, 2022.

if I didnt understand the threat of the promotion, those countryes are exluded from geting the game, but keys are Row.
i already have the game, so i didnt try, but there are people using VPN to get the game.

and... maybe im wrong. dont know.

For me it shows that the key won't activate in any of the abovementioned countries on the game page at Fanatical. Is it different depending on region?

They key seems to be ROW anyways. Mine activates this sub:

Dunno if this event makes sense though, since everyone can just use the free VPN in Opera to claim the free key from Fanatical.

The sub would have restrictions mentioned in the info tab on SteamDB:

"Cross region trading and gifting is disabled for this item." only matters if you buy this sub directly on Steam, not for keys.

So I was able to redeem a key for it while being from Bangladesh.
Honestly, it just feels like it was region locked to stop purchasing it for free in some countries but the actual key itself wasn't region locked.
