SteamTrades related -> revenge rep spam, what can you do about it

I saw this user, who spams revenge rep on nearly everyone who reps him....
it seems i can get away with it , i don't know where to report etc. if i ever run into a person like him

I put it as an example, as i can't find a steamtrades forum and SG links steamtrades. It is not for shaming purposes.
