I would honestly love to see more new IPs in the kind of "(episodic) storytelling" style. We've already seen that there's some success with it with games like Life Is Strange and Until Dawn.
That said, if it had to use an existing property, I think the format would be good to update/follow up Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines and Hunter: The Reckoning to Vampire: The Requiem and Hunter: The Vigil. Or any World of Darkness property, really. (Holy crap, Geist would be amazing, but I think it's got too small of a following even among WoD fans to get a video game)

watched the tv show 3 times already, so yeah, this would be my favorite. but there are so many franchises that could work. maybe Darksiders. maybe some super hero stuff. or Mad Max. Tales from the Borderlands proved, that they can convert basically anything to their format successfully. ^^

I generally enjoy Telltale games a lot, and I especially enjoyed the ones based on The Walking Dead.
Sometimes I fantasise about what series/book/game I would like to see Telltale-ized so I wanted to ask you awesome guys: what is your dream-Telltale game?
For me, I would love a game about Lost, and I think it would come out pretty good:D
