It's been really weird lately, when I'm playing ANY online Steam game,it has major lag like it would be frozen for like 30 seconds, work fine for a few more seconds, and then it freezes again. I also frequently go offline but only when I'm playing a game, when I'm not playing anything its fine the whole time. This is really starting to bug me,can anyone help?

Edit: Here is my SpeedTest,it says it's fine but still whenever I join a game, regardless of what it says in the server browser, the ping always goes up to a thousand.

The new update caused something similar for me.
On one system I could not login since according to Steam there is no network connection.
On my main desktop nothing worked in Steam except the library and I kept getting disconnected when I tried to play Painkiller H&D in Co-Op and T2. In Left4Dead 2 I was unable to see any servers/games due to "Unknown Network Error".
I deleted the Steam firewall entry and re-added it and now I can check my profile and Store from within the client but I still have problems playing online games - small lag/network errors/disconnected etc.
