Should a game's DLC given out free to beta/alpha testers be not available for GA?

IMO, yeah, at least in good numbers (don't know the game or tester numbers), possibly bundle otherwise. I remember a DLC for a F2P game that was given free to anyone that played for a certain amount of time. Had several people that would just make alts, idle it for a while and then give the DLC keys here for CV. Stuff like that sucks.

I'd say it should be taken off the list. Don't see how it should be treated differently from base games that get free keys spread around in the same way.

What is the DLC? The only prohibition on this site is against calling out other users. Calling out and naming games and their DLC is OK. :-D

Hell yes.

If payment was involved at any point, SG rightfully does not consider it free.
If you get a free DLC for a buy-in beta, then that's just a bonus on your purchase.

If it's a free beta, then the only thing that likely matters for SG considerations is if the staff considers there to be a significant enough amount of the DLC being traded/GAed off.

I'm assuming you're talking about the Jump Tanks DLCs, and the good news is that they've been removed from the GA list. :)
