hey guys what to do if someone won my giveaway accepted gift and not activated it on his acount? i was checking my GA and one of my first GA the guy accepted gift as recived and did not activate it on his steam account, also it was 2 weeks ago.

So generally the guy was reported, and blacklisted - Also i checked his other won GA, and he did not activate it either and even had the nerve to re-gift his won GA.
