Giveaway region restriction question

I think I made a mistake.. I made a giveaway but the game is restricted in certain regions. I put NA (Canada and US) as the countries I want people from to enter but I think thats not how region restriction works?

can you guys tell me if I did it right or I need to submit ticket to close GA
