Pixel Perfect Puzzle #2

I voted No simply because there's no Yes. I really liked the last puzzle, even if it took me a lot of hints and forever to figure it out. :)

But this one is less satisfactory :/

I couldn't think of a clever message. bump because everyone else still hates you from last time.

Oh I forgot to bump this... "puzzle"...

Bump again, I feel sad that everyone still hates you enough to not enter your thread.
