Check the "Bundled" column for that 2 € game in the list. If your giveaway was created before the date shown there then you got the full value.

Maybe not. There is a zero-point game in there. Maybe it was delisted from Steam between the two recent 5-point giveaways, meaning he dropped CV and gained the same amount, netting a much lower end result. So, he only sees that the overall CV gain was smaller.

I'd like to point out that it's also based on the U.S. list price on steam, so if a game costs a different amount in europe, then that'd be part of the difference

Some times site xp system is glitching. For example Deponia: during sales many people giveaway Deponia games because they counts 100xp like Armageddon Bundle, but then it finish - they have less then 20xp because it was bundled.

Ok so i gave away a 2 € game and recieved 13 XP and then i gave away a 5 € game and recieved 3 XP. Why?
