I guess nothing would happen. At least not automatically.

However, since everyone who wins a game in SG has to activate it, someone might actually notice and check that giveaway to see if the one who won has the game in their account. And if it's not there, then that might be punishable.

It could create a time paradox, the result of which could cause a chain reaction that would unravel the very fabric of the space-time continuum and destroy the entire universe... that or you might get banned.

If nobody notices it, nothing would happen, I suppose.
If it is noticed by support or reported, the receiver will probably get suspended for "lying", unless he reports that the gift disappeared from his library, then the giver gets suspended.
If their history shows multiple instances of this happening I guess they both get suspended for trying to exploit the system.

Reporting those people is really satisfying.

If you are unlucky, someone notices a rare big-money giveaway in "latest received gifts" and starts checking profiles.

But more likely, you will get away with it a few times, then use your fake "cv" value to enter contributor only giveaways. Once you win one, the real giveaway creator will see all your suspicious/expensive 2-person giveaways, then check if your "winners" actually own the games.

Anyway, once someone notices, you all get banned. Good luck! :)
