It would be better to not delete it. Users start with 3 giveaway slots. You gain 1 additional slot for every 3 giveaways marked as received and lose 1 slot for each giveaway you delete or is marked as not received. This giveaway is for 2 copies which I think would mean losing 2 of the 3 giveaway slots if it is deleted leaving him with only 1.
