It is very random. I got my first one around 500, others have had to try 1000+. One of the people who won a giveaway of mine won it on his very first day at Steamgifts. So keep joining giveaways, but don't expect games to come pouring in at a specific mark. It's normal. :)

Yes. I won my first at 300....after a month of trying. I usually win games that are not very popular (and don't have a lot of entries)

Well, get higher level, be active on forum so that you could enter private giveaways, be helpful and you might get on somebodies whitelist. Do not beg for games or you will get blacklisted/suspended. It's quite simple really. I have over 11k entries, 30 won by now. 2.7 game per 1k entries.
